Many people who have learned about automatic locking screw machines should be aware that the equipment is divided into two clocks, namely, the air-type automatic locking screw machine and the adsorption type automatic locking screw machine. These two are automatic locking screw machines. But the two are still somewhat different. Let's take a look at it:
First, the air type:
1. Air-blowing type automatic locking screw machine It is made up of automatic screwing machine system and automatic manipulator. The screw is blown by compressed air through the pipe to the bottom of the batch mouth, and the electric batch is automatically locked into the product. The screw path is controlled by the robot, the pneumatic screw system works together, and the screw sliding, floating lock, leak lock, screw out, no screw, etc.; the whole set of equipment is fully automatic, the automatic locking screw of this mode The advantage of the machine is flexibility and stability, and high efficiency. According to the set coordinates, the machine automatically completes the product lock payment. The Z-axis can be loaded with 2-4 electric batches at the same time, and the production efficiency is extremely high.
2, the blowing type is generally suitable for screws below M5, the length is less than 25, and the screw length is greater than the diameter of the screw head 2mm, otherwise there will be a flip phenomenon in the feeding tube, which can not be sent normally, the nailing efficiency can reach 1pcs / s.
3. Derivation formula: L>D+2 a>30°d=D+0.5
d = casing inner diameter D = screw head diameter L = screw length
Second, adsorption type:
1. Compared with the air blowing type, its structure is relatively simple, and the manufacturing cycle is relatively short. Its main features: If the screw is too small or too short, the air-blowing (pipelined) machine can't realize automatic nail feeding. This machine is needed. The robot drives the electric batch to pick up the screw and move the lock (one by one. Lock screw). The screw is mainly the adsorption force generated by the compressed air of the electric batch head. The single screw is taken away and then positioned to the product hole position, and the electric batch is automatically locked into the product. The efficiency of the material is related to the walking distance and the running speed, generally 1.5-4S/Pcs.
2. The adsorption type is generally suitable for screws with relatively small length, light weight and incomparable blowing type, and the upper surface of the screw head and the vacuum suction head cavity of the electric batch form a certain airtightness. It is suitable for most screws, especially those that do not meet the length to diameter ratio requirements.
Compared with the aspirating type, the blown lock screw machine directly feeds the screw to the batch mouth, eliminating the need to take the screw back and forth, which is more efficient and more stable. In today's era of rapid product upgrades, it can greatly save investment in fixed assets.
